Broccoli contains lots of minerals and vitamins essential for human body. It’s a source of iron, calcium, protein, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It also contains antioxidants which fight against many diseases including cancer.
Broccoli also stabilizes blood pressure. To preserve nutrients, it is better to eat it raw or in a smoothie form.

Smoothie with broccoli, apple, lemon, and honey


-100 g fresh broccoli
-100 ml water
-1 green apple
-1 tablespoon of honey
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice


Wash the broccoli and apples and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a blender, pour water, lemon juice, honey, and then blend. Drink the resulting juice on an empty stomach.
