To prevent joint stiffness and rheumatic pains, it’s better to try herb remedies to eliminate residues from the body. The following recipe has been used for centuries in the Saxon villages.
Ingredients (for 100 grams of mixture):
-1 teaspoon of dried nettle leaves
-1 teaspoon of dried birch leaves
-half a teaspoon of dried willow bark
-half a teaspoon of dry horsetail
Method of preparation:
Mix plants and crush them easily to feel better the flavor. Into a cup, put a tablespoon of this herb mixture and pour over a quart of boiling water. Cover the cup and leave the plants to infuse for 5-7 minutes. Uncover the cup, then strain the tea. Drink 3-4 cups of tea throughout the day for 2-3 weeks.
Recommendation: for better taste, you can add 20 g of mint leaves or sweeten the tea with honey.
