Pumpkin is great for all skin types, but especially for oily skin. It’s an excellent source of vitamin E and zinc, two nutrients that fight skin inflammation.
-2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
-1 teaspoon of honey
-1 teaspoon of organic milk
To get a pumpkin puree, clean and cut a slice of pumpkin and blend it. Mix it until you get a smooth paste. You can keep the rest of the mask in the refrigerator in a lid closed jar.
Put two tablespoons of pumpkin in a bowl and mix them with honey and milk.
Clean your skin and apply the mask on the affected area. Avoid the eye area, but apply the mask on the neck, too.
Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then remove it with warm water. Moisturize your skin with face cream you usually use. You can use this mask twice a week.
Tips: Use a low fat milk. You can replace cow’s milk with almond milk or soy.
