You can either drink one cup of ginger tea before your meal or eat one teaspoon of shredded ginger.

All you need to do is drink two cups of unsweetened chamomile tea daily. Pour some hot water over one teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers and infuse it for ten minutes.
My advice is to try and have a balanced diet, drink plenty of water and avoid heavy meals if you have previously suffered from bloating. Also, some women feel bloated especially when they have their periods, so it is better to avoid eating beans, chocolate and processed food in that time of the month.
