– 1 teaspoon of honey
– coconut milk
– half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
– half a teaspoon of ginger powder
– 1 cup of water
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and add turmeric powder and ginger powder, then turn off the heat and leave it to infuse for another 10 minutes. Transfer the infusion into a mug and pour the coconut milk over until you fill the mug. Sweeten it with honey. Drink 1 mug daily.
