A long time ago I read a military doctor’s advice about keeping your joints in good condition and at the same time, to get rid of the problems associated with them. I tried this remedy and I can tell you that this recipe is a real miracle.

You have to buy 150 grams of edible gelatin (this amount is enough for 30 days). In the evening, add 5 grams of gelatin in a quarter cup of cold water. Mix well and leave the mixture until morning at room temperature. Gelatin will turn water into a jelly. In the morning, after you brush your teeth, ingest this mixture on an empty stomach. You can mix it with honey or yogurt if it looks disgusting.
