Natural Mixture + Exercises To Treat Cervical Spondylosis


Cervical spondylosis, also known as osteoarthritis, is a common health condition that affects neck joints. Spondylosis occurs because of cartilage, bone tissue, and cervical wear. These changes may include dehydrated discs, slipped disc, rigid ligaments, or spurs.

Besides aging, responsible for cervical spondylosis are the neck injuries, incorrect walking posture, incorrect desk posture, smoking, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, and genetic factors.

-1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon of ginger powder
-100 ml of coconut oil

-1 teaspoon of paprika
