Natural Antibiotic to Get Rid of a Cold Quick


The cold is an infection of the upper respiratory tract. While it is not dangerous it is not pleasant also and it can keep you in the bed for more than a week. Garlic Bread

Thanks to the allicin, an antibacterial ingredient, garlic is one of the best natural remedies against common colds. You can have it two or three times a day from the first symptoms of the cold. To make it a tasty experience, you can crush three garlic cloves and mix it with some parsley and one tablespoon of olive oil. Spread it on a slice of bread and keep it five minutes in the oven before eating it. The garlic is a true miracle when it comes to getting rid of colds.

Inhale – Exhale

Inhalations are another remedy accelerating the healing process in case you got stuck with a cold. It will help your nose to decongest and will stop the coughing. For this you can either use the plant itself or a few drops of essential oil. The best is lavender, thanks to its antiseptic and anti-inflammation qualities. You can also try eucalyptus, oregano or rosemary. Add the plants or a few drops of essential oil in hot water and keep your head above it, covered with a towel, for 15 minutes.
